Areas of Special Interest

In my counseling I utilize an integrative approach, drawing upon various theoretical orientations and techniques depending upon the individual client and the issue under consideration. I strongly believe that the client is the “expert” regarding his or her own experience, and that counseling is a collaborative effort. I work with adults of all ages, and enjoy assisting my clients as they navigate challenging life transitions.
