My approach is to work with you to identify goals for treatment, or things about your life or yourself that you would like to change, and then agree on ways to determine if progress is being made. Drawing on a variety of strategies, I will ask you questions that challenge your thinking and help you facilitate behavior changes that will result in the changes you seek.
Mr. Chovil works with children, adolescents, adults, and families.
