Treatment Philosophy:

Elizabeth believes that human evolution has hardwired us for love and connection and that we hold within ourselves the innate ability to heal and grow when given appropriate tools and a safe environment in which to do the work. Her therapeutic approach integrates mind-body, attachment, and trauma informed interventions. She works collaboratively with clients to heal their nervous systems and rewire their brains so that in spite of traumatic events in the past and present–whether in day to day life, or the bigger world– they can live with a deeper sense of peace, connection, and joy.

Elizabeth is a queer allied and culturally sensitive therapist, welcoming clients with diverse backgrounds, sexual orientations, religions, etc. Her upbringing in evangelical Christianity and her own healing journey towards an inclusive worldview has given her a unique perspective and the open mindedness to work with clients from all walks of life.
