Under preferred group and individual contracts, AMH providers accept most major HMO and PPO health care coverage including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield networks, CHPW, First Choice, HMA, Kaiser Permanente, Lifewise, Molina, Premera, Regence, Uniform, and various other insurance plans. Some of our members also accept WA State Apple Care and Medicare. Please contact your insurance company to determine your specific benefits.
